Ground Investigations - Walter Street, Thebarton
We will be carrying out investigations at two sites on Walter Street, Thebarton.
Site 1 works will begin on Thursday 1 December for approximately 6 days.
Site 2 works will begin after Site 1 works are completed, for about 2 days.
The two sites will not be operating at the same time. All works will be carried out between 7am and 6pm on weekdays.
Traffic restrictions
- Walter Street will be closed at the corner of South Road and Neville Road.
- Temporary traffic and speed restrictions will apply in the vicinity of the works.
- Local access will be maintained via West Thebarton Road or Livingstone Street.
- Signage will be in place to alert road users to the changes in traffic conditions. Road users are advised to take care when travelling through the area.
- Driveway access at locations adjacent to the works will be maintained for the duration.
What to expect
During works you may notice additional ground and traffic management personnel and equipment within the area. Some disturbances can be expected such as noise, dust and vibration.
