Ground Investigations - Bennett Street, Thebarton
We will be carrying out investigations at two sites on Bennett Street, Thebarton.
Site 1 works will begin on Friday 9 December for approximately 6 days.
Site 2 works will begin after Site 1 works are completed, for about 2 days.
The two sites will not be operating at the same time. All works will be carried out between 7am and 6pm on weekdays.
In the event that these works need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control, we will update this notification.
Traffic restrictions
- Bennett Street will be closed at the corner of South Road and Ronald Street.
- Temporary traffic and speed restrictions will apply in the vicinity of the works.
- Local access will be maintained via West Thebarton Road or Walter Street.
- Signage will be in place to alert road users to the changes in traffic conditions. Road users are advised to take care when travelling through the area.
- Driveway access at locations adjacent to the works will be maintained for the duration.
What to expect
During works you may notice additional ground and traffic management personnel and equipment within the area. Some disturbances can be expected such as noise, dust and vibration.
