The Industry Capability Network (ICN) is a procurement and supply chain tool used to connect suppliers with project managers.

Why register

A dedicated T2D project directory has been established with ICN via its gateway website portal, which allows potential suppliers to submit information about their products and services through a registration process. Details of registered suppliers will be provided to successful tenderers for major construction package contracts.

South Australian suppliers, and those employing South Australian residents, are strongly encouraged to register.

How to register your business on the ICN gateway (first-time users)

  1. Create a company profile on the ICN gateway
    • Select the package you require (the Limited/Free package option is sufficient to be able to register interest in projects)
    • Enter your contact details and create a password
    • Enter your business details
    • Create your account
  2. Complete your business profile
    • Click 'Business Details' and add further formation where you can
    • Click 'Capabilities' and select your industry type
    • Click 'Products/Services' and enter as much detail as possible to demonstrate what your business is able to achieve for the project
    • Click 'Summary' to provide details on your business, including stand-out achievements and capabilities.

How to create an Expression of Interest (EOI) registration on the ICN

  • Go to the T2D ICN page.
  • Click the 'Work Packages' tab and scroll to the package(s) you wish to express your interest in.
  • Click the 'Create EOI' link for your chosen package(s).
  • Complete the questions and upload a one-page capability statement to show, at a glance, what your business is and what you can do for the project.

What happens after registration

Your EOI will be stored by the ICN until the Department for Infrastructure and Transport shortlists head contractors for the T2D Project.

At that time, your EOI will be supplied to the shortlisted head contractors. They will contact you if they wish to consider including your services as part of their scope of work.

You can register for project updates and contact the Business Engagement Team at the Department for Infrastructure and Transport via email at T2DBusiness@sa.gov.au.
