Terms and conditions of entry

T2D Tunnel Boring Machine name submission

  1. The Promoter is the Torrens to Darlington Alliance. Registered address: GPO Box 11038, Adelaide SA 5001.  

  1. Name submission is open to all members of the South Australian public.  

  1. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available on the T2D Website name submission page. By entering participants accept these Terms and Conditions.  

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or delayed entries, or for network, hardware, or software issues that may affect entry submission.  

  1. Entries open on Sunday 26 October and close 5pm Sunday 30 November 2025.  

  1. Each entrant must suggest one female name, accompanied by a brief explanation of the name’s significance or inspiration.  

  1. After the submission period closes, a shortlist of names will be selected by a nominated panel.  

  1. The shortlisted names will then be published for public voting, where the community will help select the final names.  

  1. The names of the winners may be published by the Promoter. If a winner is later found to be ineligible or in breach of these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry.  

  1. The Promoter’s naming decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
