Supporting South Australian industry
The T2D Alliance will deliver unprecedented opportunities for South Australian businesses and their workers, through sub-contracting for the Project. The Alliance is committed to working with South Australian businesses to maximise local business opportunities and ensure the Project leaves a lasting skills legacy for the State.
The T2D Project will work with industry to continue to build a solid understanding of South Australia's supply chain, capacity and capability. Wherever possible, works will be packaged to ensure opportunities for multiple small to medium sized locally based firms to secure work and be directly involved in the delivery of the T2D Project.
The T2D Alliance is committed to meeting the South Australian Government's goal of 90% of labour hours to be undertaken by South Australians.
T2D Alliance Construction Industry Briefing
The T2D Alliance was proud to host more than 700 people at a tailored industry event at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Tuesday 10 June, reaffirming its commitment to working closely with local companies to deliver the biggest infrastructure project in South Australia’s history.

Industry Capability Network
South Australian companies are encouraged to express their interest in future opportunities by registering on the Industry Capability Network (ICN).
Why register?
The ICN Gateway is a procurement and supply chain tool used to showcase suppliers to the Project team.
A dedicated T2D Project Directory has been established with ICN via their gateway website portal, which allows potential suppliers to submit information about their products and services to the T2D Alliance through an Expression of Interest (EOI) registration process.
All main work packages have been listed on the ICN Gateway platform. The list is regularly updated, and businesses can submit an EOI on open work packages. If you can’t find a package of work that suits your business at this time, you’re still welcome to submit your EOI under the “General Registration of Interest” section, located at the end of the list of work packages.
South Australian suppliers, contractors or those employing South Australian residents are strongly encouraged to register. Please see below for steps on how to register.
