Visit our T2D Community Information Centre to learn more about the T2D Project and speak to our friendly team.  

Where: 290 South Road, Hilton.  

Opening Hours:
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Holiday closure period:
The centre will be closed from Monday, 22 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
